Our field is continuously evolving and treatment modalities are not the only thing that’s rapidly changing. Treatment paradigms and technology for Patient QA, Machine QA and Risk Assessment in RT are progressing as well.

To learn and discuss about this evolution we are pleased to announce the Symposium on Future Trends in Photon Radiotherapy, to be held in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, Sep 6 - 7, 2019. The symposium will start Friday afternoon and will end with a dinner event on Saturday evening.

Symposium Venue

The symposium will take place in beautiful and history-rich city of Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Spanish Island Mallorca.

Symposium Package and Benefits

  • European CME credits from EBAMP have been applied, all attendees will receive the credits once approved.

  • Attendees enjoy full access to the scientific program filled with high-level presentations and podium discussions about the future of QA in RT.

  • Coffee breaks and dinners on Friday and Saturday evening are included.

  • All registered attendees will also enjoy the social event on Saturday evening to interconnect and share experience. Due to compliance restrictions only registered delegates are able to join the evening events.

Symposium Fee

  • Free symposium admission for all presenters of accepted abstracts
    Travel and accommodation not included - see abstract submission page.
     

  • Free symposium registration period for all regular attendees will close September 3, 2019
    Only a few seats are left and will be reserved and confirmed on a first come first served basis and based on a deposit payment.*
     

 

* Deposit payment: For planning and to ensure the limited seats are fully booked, a refundable deposit payment of EUR 150,00 will be charged and refunded fully after your participation at the symposium. The deposit will not be refunded for registered people that will not attend (no show).

Travel

Easy and low-cost air flight connections from across Europe and other parts of the world will bring you straight to Palma de Mallorca. Additional travel information will be updated here a bit closer to the symposium.

Accommodation

After your registration was accepted, you should proceed with your accommodation booking.

Of course you are free to choose the hotel of your choice. However we highly recommend the Hotel Palma Bellver by Melià which is the ´official´ - QA-Symposium Hotel, or alternatively the partner hotel Innside Palma Bosque.
